The Mortgage Compliance Achievement Certificate recognizes compliance officers, lawyers and other professionals who seek to maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of the laws, regulations and other compliance requirements applicable to the residential real estate finance industry. All courses for the Mortgage Compliance Achievement Certificate are web-based. All courses can be accessed from anywhere, at anytime. Once enrolled in a course a student has 12 months to complete it. - A minimum of one year of residential real estate finance industry experience is recommended.
- If you have less than one year of experience in the residential real estate finance industry, it is recommended that you complete a mortgage banking overview course, such as our web-based Mortgage Banking Primer, prior to beginning the program.
Step 1: Enroll in the Achievement Certificate
Option 1: Regular Enrollment Enroll in the program and exam only (courses not included). 
Option 2: Complete Package Enrollment Enroll in the program, courses and exam for a special price.

Step 2: Complete Required Curriculum
Complete the following five web-based courses. If you chose option 1 above, you will need to enroll in each of the courses separately.
Please note: You don’t need to enroll in the program to take any of the courses listed above. Step 3: Pass the Exam Pass the comprehensive exam. Passing the test earns the Mortgage Compliance Achievement Certificate. Please note: You must be enrolled into the program to take this exam and earn a certificate.
