The curriculum for this program is progressive and comprised of three levels. The first two levels the achievement certificate and professional certificate lay a foundation for the final level, the CMS itself.
The first two levels of each track are comprised of distance learning courses. Most are Web-based and several are print-based. Courses can be accessed from anywhere, at anytime. The final and third level is the School of Mortgage Servicing, an classroom-based course offered several times a year at locations across the United States.
The final CMS program, the Master CMS, is earned when an individual successfully completes all three program tracks.
