A seasoned business leader, Andy Stack brings a compilation of experience and bevy of knowledge to the Mortgage Bankers Association's (MBA) education division and the industry's most respected and premiere training solution, CampusMBA. As Senior Director of Education, Andy leads the sponsorship of CampusMBA's residential and commercial training products. He also collaborates with a wide range of industry companies to create and execute business oriented training initiatives at the corporate level while demonstrating to executives how CampusMBA can be leveraged to attain strategic organizational goals.

Andy joined MBA after serving as President and Founder of Statewide Staffing, Inc., a Healthcare Staffing Company whose major accounts included the State of Maryland, NeighborCare Pharmacy and Genesis Healthcare. Under Andy's leadership the company achieved annual earnings of 20% of sales, growing from 2 employees when the company launched in 2002 to over 150 employees when he sold the company in December 2006.
Prior to founding his own company, Andy was Director of Public Sector Sales for Knowledge Universe (PPI) where he initiated multi-million dollar partnership agreements with government contractors. His dedication to the importance of training led to his rapid promotion to Regional Vice President where he managed regional directors, supporting a staff of 250 employees, and was responsible for $30 million per annum division.
Additionally, Andy served as Director of Sales for ExecuTrain Corporation where he managed major account contracts with federal government agencies. While there, he was chosen to lead the opening of two new franchise operations in Nevada. Andy grew the branches from a base of $0 to over $2 Million annually. He was later recruited to become the General Manager of the sales, training and operations staff for the $5 million training franchise in Baltimore.
Andy began his career in the United States Air Force as a member of a highly select team of linguists deployed throughout the Middle East. He has been awarded multiple Combat Air Medals, Meritorious Service Awards and Good Conduct Medals. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland, an Associate of Arts degree in Arabic Language from the Community College of the Air Force and a diploma with honors in Arabic language from the U.S. Department of Defense's Language Institute.
