Getting College Credit Recommendations for Your Course Completion
Beginning January 30, 2008, CampusMBA will begin phasing out its college credit course offerings. Below you will find a list of any ACE recommended courses that remain active. Unless otherwise noted, after June, 21 2008, you will no longer be able to receive college credit for CampusMBA courses through the ACE program.
If you are currently enrolled in, or would like to enroll in a course that is recommended for college credit, (unless otherwise noted) you must complete the course requirements and successfully complete your proctored exam before June, 21, 2008 to be considered eligible for ACE credit. For questions regarding this change, please call 800-348-8653, and ask for the ACE program administrator.
Students wishing to receive credit recommendation for completion of an ACE-credit recommended course must adhere to the following process and guidelines:
Step 1. The final exam must be completed online in the presence of an approved proctor. Students have one attempt to pass the final exam and the course and receive college credit recommendation. Step 2. The student and the proctor must complete the college credit proctor form. You can download this form on the Forms page.
Step 3 . The proctor then sends the form to CampusMBA registrar for course completion verification. It is recommended that the student keep a copy of the form for his or her records.
Step 4. To gain provider approval for the course completion, the student must register their course completion online with the ACE Transcript Service. It is through this tool that CampusMBA approves the student credit request after verifying course completion through your proctor form.
This tool allows students to track their course completions and college credit. When students are ready to request transfer credits for their college or university programs, this is the official transcript that the registrar will need to make credit decisions.
