Carroll Kisser is a real estate professional with over thirty years of experience in all aspects of commercial and multifamily real estate including acquisition, finance, syndication, mortgage servicing, and asset management. During his career he has worked for both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae where, early in his career, he was National Multifamily Servicing Manager. He is a Certified Mortgage Banker with extensive GSE and loan committee experience. He is presently employed by Washington Mutual in a multifamily loan originator capacity. In addition to the above, he has run his own real estate investment and advisory firm, Potomac Realty Group LLC, since 1987.

Carroll holds a Bachelor Degrees in History and Business Administration from Aurora University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago.
