Don Crossland is an Implementation Management Consultant employed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage's Institutional Lending Division. This division contains the Wholesale, Enhanced and Correspondent business channels. Mr. Crossland has been in the mortgage and banking business for almost 20 years. He has held positions with regional correspondents as well as national mortgage companies and banks such as Fleet Bank. Crossland has a diverse background. He has held the following titles in the past: CFO/Controller, MIS Director, Secondary Marketing Manager, Sales/Operations Liaison, Closing/Insuring Manager, Retail Regional Trainer, National Wholesale Trainer, and Project Manager.

Mr. Crossland received his Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting and Finance Concentration from Daniel Webster College. He is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking and was a runner up for the Willis Bryant Award in 2004. He currently lives and works out of his home in southern New Hampshire. He is married and has a son and daughter.
