Dan Massey is currently Senior Vice President of SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. based in Richmond, Virginia. He is responsible for customer retention and eBusiness, including managing a business-to-business web site which has produced over $12B in production YTD, a business-to-consumer web site, over 600 loan officer web sites and over 15 joint-venture web sites representing over $1.5B in production YTD. SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. has been recognized as one of the top two lenders in the industry in customer retention.

Throughout his more than ten years in the industry, Dan has held positions as a mortgage technologist, database marketing analyst in servicing, financial analyst and bond trader in secondary marketing, production head for a telephone and Internet-based production unit, and eBusiness strategist for consumer lending for SunTrust Bank.

Dan received his undergraduate degree in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a graduate of the MBA's Future Leaders Program, a graduate of the MBA School of Mortgage Banking and was the runner-up for the 2003 Willis Bryant Award. Dan holds the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker.
