Jeff Lochmandy is the Southeast and National accounts regional production manager for Netbank Funding Services managing the company's sales efforts for the Southeast region and all national accounts for Netbank's wholesale division. Netbank is a national wholesale lender specializing in A and ALT-A mortgage loans

Previously, Jeff was a regional sales manager for SunTrust Mortgage in Atlanta GA. An industry veteran, Jeff has been involved in mortgage banking since 1986, when he began his career as a Loan originator for First Gibraltar Mortgage in Atlanta, GA. Lochmandy also was an Account Executive for PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. for 8 years covering several territories in the southeast region.

Lochmandy has a BS degree from Indiana University and is a graduate of MBA's school of mortgage banking in 2005. He obtained his CMB designation in the fall of 2005. Jeff is married and has two children. He also participates in marathons and triathalons during the year.
