Kim is the Vice President of the Strategic Alliance Group of Centex Home Equity Company. In this capacity, Kim uses her 17 years of subprime mortgage experience to educate and formulate alliances with banks to offer alternative lending opportunities to their declined applicants.

Prior to Centex, Kim spent 8 years with American Business Financial Services in PA. She began her career as Senior Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations. Kim then became Division President with responsibility for their Bank Alliance Program and Network of Retail Branches.

In addition, Kim has held executive and management positions with Interfirst Bank-Southwest, Chrysler First Financial Services and Fleet Finance.

Kim is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. She graduated from the MBA's School of Mortgage Banking in 2002 and received her CMB designation in 2003.

Kim's affection for the mortgage industry is evident by her collection of antique mortgage documents. She mixes her passion for travel with her passion for photography having traveled to Europe several times and most recently Africa.
