Most recently Pam was Senior Vice President in charge of Countrywide's Central Services Support Group. This involved the backend systems that support organizational branch setup/maintenance, fee administration, and automated document distribution reporting.

She was previously Senior Vice President in the Consumer Market Division's (Retail) Information Technology Department. In this position, she worked with all facets of CMD's business to execute appropriate software solutions, training and support for the Retail Division (POS, Internet, Telemarketing, B2B, B2C, etc.)

Prior to joining Countrywide, she was partner in a consulting practice that dealt with all facets of "lending systems" (consumer, mortgage, leasing, etc.). She was Lending Services Account Manager with ALLTEL at both California Federal Bank and Great American Bank. In this capacity, she was responsible for providing software solutions and support for the lending services areas of the banks.

Pam has over 25 years of management experience in mortgage banking technology. She has supported point of sale, originations, servicing, collections and Secondary Marketing development. During this time she introduced the first POS application in the industry for Citicorp Mortgage.

Pam obtained her CMB designation in 2002, her CMT designation in 2004 and is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking. She has spoken on technology issues in the area of mortgage banking at MBA Technology Conferences and MBA National Conferences.
