SuSheila has more than 20 years of financial industry management experience and an exceptional knowledge of business management practices, sales generation efforts, marketing plan implementation, risk performance analysis, and operational best practices. She has strategic and analytical skills to evaluate companies and business practices with a top down approach, taking into account Sales, Operations, Risk, Technology, Accounting, and the customer.

SuSheila is responsible for business development of strategic financial accounts at The Monticello Group, where she provides advisory services in best practices, reengineering and process improvement, creating and launching new products, analyzing risk performance and market segmentation, and vendor contract negotiations. As Vice President of National Accounts with Triad Guaranty Insurance Corp., SuSheila was responsible for increasing enterprise value of the Triad business relationship to national accounts. Prior to Triad, SuSheila was responsible for the creation and development of a new 11 state market area for the National Bank of Commerce Correspondent Lending group. While reporting to the Office of the Chairman at Provident Bank of Maryland, SuSheila was responsible for analyzing business processes and methodologies, identifying the structural strengths and weaknesses, and working with the business managers in executing on the strategies to accomplish the business objectives. While at Signet Bank, she was part of senior management team responsible for strategic planning and development of 1.7 billion dollar mortgage division of 11.2 billion dollar bank.

SuSheila, and her husband of 25 years, live near her parents, 3 brothers and 14 nieces and nephews in their hometown of Annapolis Maryland.
