Tom Healy is Managing Director of the Servicing Source and President of Predictive Data. The Servicing Source, a unit of Hanover Capital Partners (AMEX:HCM), is the nation's only firm solely devoted to providing third party valuations, to the mortgage lending and servicing industries, that are totally independent and objective.

Predictive Data provides hard to obtain historical, actual, and predictive information to the financial services industry through the acquisition, conversion, integration, and synthesis of select databases from business, academic and government sources.

Previous positions include:

• Senior Vice President of Countrywide Securities Corporation
• Managing Director of CoreStates Capital Markets Group
• Chief Executive Officer of a nationally chartered commercial bank; and
• Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and Hong Kong;

Dr. Healy obtained his B.S. Cum Laude in Math/Economics; earned a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Banking; and a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on the business application of information technology. He also holds the Certified Mortgage Banker designation as well as Series 7, 24 & 63 securities licenses.

A Master Faculty Fellow of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Dr. Healy is a frequent and nationally renowned lecturer and author on asset optimization topics to the financial services industry both here and abroad. His text on mortgage servicing rights, Servicing Portfolio Evaluation and Management: A Financial Perspective, has been published by the Mortgage Bankers Association. The second edition is expected to be published in 2006.
