Winifred E. Davis, CMB has 15 years experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry. She works at Freddie Mac in the Customer Relations Group within the Mortgage Sourcing, Operations and Funding Division. Her role as a Servicer Account Manager is to add value by working as liaison on behalf of Lenders within Freddie Mac's Servicing Business Areas to improve performance and to facilitate stronger relationships on an Executive Level. She travels extensively to engage customers in dialogues relevant to maximizing efficiency within their loan administration operation. Her group also co-sponsors Freddie Mac's Annual Fall Servicing Conference.

During her ten years with Freddie Mac, she's worked in Customer Relations and Policy, Investor Reporting, Default Management, Notes/Document Custody, Loan Prospector and Multifamily. Her career also includes five years on the Commercial side of the business. Winnie worked as a Portfolio Manager responsible for mitigating risk on real estate, mortgage and CMBS investments for Criimi Mae Services, LP (a commercial REIT), and as an Assistant Property Manager for Western Development (dba The Mills Corporation, a trailblazer in the mega-outlet mall concept). Winnie has spoken at several industry functions and community events on mortgage banking and financial management, including attendance as a guest speaker on the US real estate market and Mortgage Securitization to the 2002 South African Business Summit sponsored by Coca Cola held in Cape Town, South Africa.

A 2003 graduate of the MBA's School of Mortgage Banking, Winnie holds a BBA-Degree in Finance from Howard University, and an MBA from Averett University. She received her Certified Mortgage Banker's designation in August 2003. She is originally from New Orleans, LA. Her hobbies include volunteerism and traveling abroad. She currently resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
