New Location for SOMB I - Herndon, VA

SOMB course I provides a foundation in loan production, underwriting, secondary marketing, warehousing, and servicing. It

CMS Master Designation - Registration Now Available Online
CampusMBA recently launched the Master Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) Specialist Designation program, and registration
is now available online. The Master CMS designation reflects competency in all three specialized areas of residential mortgage
servicing:

Track 3: Default Administration
To earn the Master CMS designation, candidates must complete all three Specialist Designation tracks and pass an oral exam.

Live Online Workshop - New!
For the first time, CampusMBA is offering Live Online Workshops. The first program offering, entitled Customer Retention Strategies - Loan Production, will take place on Tuesday, April 17, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm ET.
The workshop will help lenders develop strategies to re-fill their funnels after the refinance years. Lenders will understand
what motivates the purchase buyer and how to successfully work with realtors and other referral sources. Learn more and register.
What Is a Live Online Workshop?
The Live Online Workshop format allows students to attend a one-time, interactive, instructor-led course from anywhere in
the world. All you need is a computer with Internet connection, web browser, and telephone.
The Instructor
Customer Retention Strategies - Loan Production will be taught by Steve Kropper. Steve is President of Bank on Real Estate (BoRE, Inc.), which develops advanced technology to retain and acquire customers
for residential lenders and real estate brokers. Steve is a Director of New Homes Realty, an Advisor to CircleLending, and
a Consultant to TotalMove. He is a member of the MBA's Loan Production Committee, a regular speaker and writer at national
real estate and residential finance events, and a contributor to MBA's Mortgage Banking magazine. He also teaches at the School
of Mortgage Banking.
Steve Kropper founded Domania, which was acquired by LendingTree, and later served as Senior VP at Equinox, which processes
US mortgages in Delhi, India. Kropper has worked in the energy management, telecommunications, computer and networking technology
industries with Bell Canada, Clear Communications (New Zealand), Martin Marietta, International Data Corp (IDC), and Cable
& Wireless. He holds a BA in Economics from Boston University and a MBA from Cornell University.
