Candidate Profile
- Compliance officers, lawyers, and other professionals with four or more years experience in laws, regulations, and other compliance requirements applicable to the residential real estate finance industry.
- Individuals who have completed the Mortgage Compliance Achievement Certificate (CMCP Level I) and Professional Certificate (CMCP Level II).
CMCP Learning Path
The Mortgage Compliance Specialist Designation is the third and final level (Level III) in the Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP) learning path.

The cost of courses is not included in the enrollment fee. Certificate and designation enrollments fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Complete the coursework. The coursework for this certificate program is currently in development.
3. Pass the test. Pass the CMCP Level III comprehensive exam.
4. Get recognized. Upon successfully completion of all three levels, you will receive the CMCP Specialist Designation.
5. Complete continuing education. Maintain your designation by completing five points of continuing education every two years.
