The cost of courses is not included in the enrollment fee. Certificate and designation enrollments fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Complete the coursework. Complete the following five web-based courses:
- Ethics in Mortgage Lending (IA)*
- Fair Lending Essentials (GA, IL, IA, KS, MT, NV, NY)*
- Fraud Detection and Deterrence (IL, NV, NY)*
- Mortgage Banking Primer (AL, IL, ID, KS, KY, MN, MI, NY, SC)*
- Origination Basics (GA, KS)*
*State abbreviations listed next to required courses (above) indicate where those courses have been approved for state continuing education.
3. Pass the test. When you have completed the required courses, you may take the CLO Level I comprehensive exam.
