| Experience Level: | A minimum of one year industry experience is recommended. | | Prerequisites: | If you have less than one year of experience in the residential real estate finance industry, it is recommended that you complete a mortgage banking overview course, such as our web-based Mortgage Banking Primer, prior to beginning the program. | | Exemptions: | A servicer with more than two years of servicing experience can test out of Level I curriculum (fees apply). 2. Complete the coursework. Complete the five web-based courses required in your track:

CMS Track 3: Default Administration
3. Pass the test. When you have completed the required courses, you may take the CMS Level I comprehensive exam for your track.
