Candidate Profile
- Individuals with three to four years mortgage servicing experience.
- Individuals who have completed the Mortgage Servicer Achievement Certificate (CMS Level I).

2. Complete the coursework. Complete the five web-based courses required in your track:

3. Pass the test. When you have completed the required courses, you may take the CMS Level II comprehensive exam for your track.
