The progressive curriculum is designed to provide specialized training in commercial servicing. The first two levels - the achievement certificate and professional certificate - lay the foundation for the final level, the CMS designation. The courses contained in the achievement certificate level, provide training in commercial topics like industry standards, property protection, commercial servicing, technology and the basics of commercial real estate & multifamily servicing. |
