- Navigating Commercial Loan Documents (Available 5/30)
- Servicing Agreements: Understanding Critical Responsibilities for the Commercial Servicer (Available 7/31)
- Servicing Operations in Commercial Real Estate and Multifamily Lending (Available 6/30)
3. Pass the test. When you have completed the required courses, you may take the Commercial CMS Level II comprehensive exam.
