Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS)

The Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) Specialist Designation recognizes an individual's superior knowledge and experience in residential servicing practices, theories and applications. CMS designees become members of an elite network of loan administration professionals. This progressive curriculum establishes the standard of training for servicing professionals.

Master CMS

The highest honor in Mortgage Servicing is the Master CMS. Once you have earned the Specialist Designation in one of the three tracks, you can earn the Master CMS designation by demonstrating your skill set and knowledge in the remaining two tracks.

Certified Mortgage Banker

Many specialist designees go on to earn the Certified Mortgage Banker Professional and/or Master Designation. The CMB designation is the industry criterion of professional success. Choose to earn a Commercial or Residential CMB. Complete both programs to ear your Master CMB. Achievement of these designations represents the epitome of dedication and expertise in the real estate finance industry.
