About this Course

CampusMBA worked closely with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to provide the industry with a course that prepares inspectors for Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac-financed multifamily properties.

This newly revamped two-and-one-half day course is designed to help asset managers, underwriters, servicers and those responsible for inspecting multifamily properties better understand the nuances of physical property conditions, as well as the appropriate way to perform efficient physical inspections.

Successful completion of this course (passing the exam) results in an MBA Certificate of Completion that is recognized by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

• Develop a checklist outlining essential aspects of the inspection which need to be considered
