| Essentials of Corporate Accounting describes essential concepts of financial statement analysis and portfolio valuation for loan administration. In the Financial Statements Analysis lesson, we examine the reconciliation and analysis of the balance sheet and the income statement. In the Portfolio Valuation lesson, we look at how various loan characteristics impact portfolio value, at the four steps of the valuation process, and at how valuations related to mortgage servicing rights impact the general ledger of a company.
