November 5, 2010 - December 17, 2010 CampusMBA's Commercial CMB Online Prep course is a five-week Guided Web-based course designed to prepare Commercial CMB candidates for their written exam. This Web-based course is led by Certified Mortgage Banker designees.
Commercial study topics include:
- Comprehensive Industry Studies
- Real Estate Law
- Commercial Lending
- Construction Lending
- Commercial Servicing
- Capital Markets
This course is recommended for Commercial CMB candidates who are close to or have already completed their point requirements and who anticipate completing their written exam within 30 - 60 days after completing the course. While the prep course is strongly recommended to assist candidates in finalizing exam preparation, it is not a requirement for completion of the CMB designation.
