The course is ideal for anyone who has completed basic FHA training and/or has processed FHA's for at least one year and ready to take the next step in learning underwriting techniques for FHA loans.

Each lesson is focused on an area of underwriting that is unique to FHA lending. The course lessons include:

• An introduction to FHA risk analysis.
• Refinance scenarios for analysis and discussion.
• A presentation on FHA appraisal requirements and a case study appraisal example
• Purchase transaction case studies for underwriting training
• A comprehensive final exam covering FHA underwriting requirements

  Prerequisite: Participants must confirm they have completed FHA Fundamentals Instructor Guided On Line or FHA Fundamentals live through Campus MBA or its equivalent as determined by Campus MBA (i.e: over one year experience originating or processing FHA loans). Participants must have a basic knowledge of FHA forms, math and general underwriting guidelines.
