Documents You Receive

During loan processing, your lender will send you many documents. Some, called disclosures, notify you of the legal rights you learned about earlier. Others are designed to make you an informed consumer.

    Why does a loan application ask for:

If your loan is approved, you will go to the settlement stage and attend your loan closing. At this meeting, you will receive the keys to your new home. In the next section, you will learn what to expect at this stage of the process.
