  • Best ways to work with home repair contractors such as checking licenses, obtaining estimates, work schedules and building code requirements in advance.

Avoiding foreclosure requires:

  • Notifying your lender of any situation that may cause a delay in your mortgage payment.
  • Working with your lender to find mutually beneficial solutions to temporary or permanent problems that could cause a foreclosure action.
